The grills are not original, the woofers might not be either.
That said, they have a Philips feel to me.

Radio Shack had some Realistic speakers with that type of grill, for example, 1978's MC -1500 (it is a 2-way, though) and the 1975 Optimus 9 (5 drivers). The RS grills have different sized squares than you have pictured. RS sold the grill foam like your pictured grilles. I am not aware of any RS speakers with 3 drivers and that type of grill.

The JBL L100 came with a grill very similar to that pictured, but that speaker is not a JBL L100.

Look more closely at the grills, they were cut to fit but not very well, some of the squares are cut in half. Actually, if you look closely you can tell they were both cut from the same piece of grill material, what's missing from the squares on the left grill are on the right grill.

Good observation!
Very unusual woofer with that recessed chrome dust cap. I don't recognize it at all.
With that cone tweeter these don't look like treasure. I'd pass unless I needed some garage speakers and the price was right and I could do a listening test to make sure all the drivers worked.

Sculpted foam grille material like that was commonly available in stereo shops once upon a time. Some people would cut to fit and replace cloth grilles with the stuff. Likely inspired by JBL.
