Mystery Speakers

Hello,
Can anyone please help me identify these speakers.
There are no markings to indicate manufacturer
They are 25.5 x 24 x 49 cms
They weigh approx 7kg each
Any ideas?

Not from Norway. SEAS is Norwegian, but they're known mostly for their drivers.

I misread the OP's later posts, but that doesn't look DIY to me...check out the rabbeting on those grill frames. I think the grills may have been repaired at some point, either with staples or glue.

SEAS tried to launch its own speaker line at one time. This might be one...?

That inverted surround woofer is fantastic,I have used them and also seen them on some Ariston,linn, meridian etc
The tweeter was used on quite a few speakers especially mission etc
Seas did offer a lot of kits ,I remember seeing some on the old zalytron catalogues
I would just clean them and update the caps and enjoy.
