That's a decent price. Just parts and labor to recap will run $150-200...

Nope. The market in the Twin Cities is so slow right now you can get much better deals.

The brown caps are Elna, the choice of many for audio path caps. I don't recognize the others, but if they spent the cash for the Elnas I would expect them to be decent so figure they put maybe $40-$50 in parts in it and at least 4 hours work if they solder 3-4 times faster than I do. I would have taken 15 hours or so to do that.
I just recently bought a 7020, untouched, which is the 3020 with a tuner included for 80$ and was happy with the price and the stereo.
