Name the song

Yes, but if nobody's answering, you might want to change things up a bit. Most times when I want to respond to one of your posts, I have to Google the answer. Even at that, I frequently come up empty and I have a fairly extensive knowledge of 20th century rock, pop and jazz, along with a smattering of classical.

Most people can't be bothered to go to the effort of Googling -- and really, why should they? -- so they just pass it by.

All I'm saying is, how about a nice Who song some time?

Had to google it and then call it up on YouTube, and then of course I recognized it. But since I had to go that far, I won't say I knew it.

Watching the Wheels Go Round -- John Lennon.

What the hell is wrong with me tonight?
I can't seem to say or do the right thing
Wanted to be sure you're feeling right
Wanted to be sure we want the same thing

She said, I can't believe it
You can't possibly mean it
Don't we all want the same thing
Don't we -- well, who said anything about love?

The radio's playin' some forgotten song

The road has got me hypnotized
And I'm speedin' into a nude sunrise

Now you are here today
But easily you might just go away
'Cause we live in a time
When paintings have no color
Words don't rhyme
That's why I've travelled far
'Cause I come so together
Where you are.

"Sentimental Lady"......Bob Welch

" She sings from somewhere you can't see
She sits in the top of the greenest tree
She sends out an aroma of undefined love
It drips on down in a mist from above"

Devo girl U want
I hear you workin in a saloon
I hear you work from midnight to noon
Well I might be from the woods
But those hours don’t sound too good
