Need a Schematic

Consoles 'Я' Us
I'm looking for a schematic for my ~1957 Motorola SK14M mono console. If anyone has access to one, I'd really appreciate it!

If you can read component values, follow wiring and draw schematics, I would recommend getting express PCB and drawing it your self. I've done it many times with old amplifiers such as the one you have, all depends on how bad you need it.

That or scrap the thing and build your own amp.

Possible Schematic

The attached schematic is for a 1958 Motorola. The model number is not the same as you need but I'll bet the chassis number will match or be pretty close to the circuit for your console.

Speaking of Motorola and Quasar... does anyone know what year the Quasar brand was sold by Motorola to Matsushita/Panasonic (i.e, became a sister brand of Panasonic)?

I've had a few cases where finding data might have been easier, if I knew when the transition took place...

Regards,
Gordon.

Does it say what model number amp and tuner it uses? ...
The amp appears to be an HS-649A, there is no tuner. The other number stamped on the chassis is 4AA58. Perhaps a date code? Also, I found the actual model number of the console: 6K22MC-1AS. Serial number 300549.

Would you happen to have that schematic in PDF format?

Yes, April of 1958. The AA is actually an M logo.

6K22MC is in Sams folder 408-13, and 6K22MC1 is listed in the link that Speakerdude gave you. You'll need to download DJVU to read it
