need help identifying a tweeter

Hello I need help identifying a tweeter I have 4 and one sounds blown I would love to fix but Imy lost! Thanks for any help!

Looks like a version of the Heil Air Motion Transformer (AMT). The diaphragm should slide out of the top or bottom, you may need to remove some adhesive. After removing, measure the length and width and compare against replacement diaphragms available online.

If it was an AMT-1, looks like the woofer was replaced.
