Yeah, 6-Flags Magic Mountain is about 1.5 miles from where I live. I moved out to Valencia from Thousand Oaks in 2013, to be 1 mile from my work instead of 52 (was driving 100 mile round trip for 14 years). I miss Thousand Oaks, Valencia is like living in a toaster oven. Temperature hits 115 F. For this reason I've still yet to go to Magic Mountain.
Ditto that. At 52, and with a bad back, I'll take a pass on it. Last time I was there was in 1987. Honestly, never like the atmosphere there that much. Long lines, stand in scorching heat, with no canopy. Always like D land better to take my kids to when they were young.
In Minnesota? Two or more of my company's motherships facilities are in your state; Seagate Normendale and Shakopee. I'm in a remote "Skunk Works" Facility in Valencia.
Not to mention Valencia is the home of Schiit Audio.
Wow, they're right in my own backyard and I didn't even know it. I'm going to make it a point to go visit them.
