Sorry to hear about this purchase disaster. The seller took a gamble shipping these heavy speakers and lost. You have over $100 in parts as the working mid domes sale between $150-250 each.
How was the packing of them?
I wouldn't spend the money for new woofers or repair (est. $300+ for repair and $300-500 for used working pair) unless they had the original tweeters and all else was in good condition and working. Selenium makes a decent product, but the NS1000M was designed to use that specific Be tweeter.
