Originally licensed to NYC. Still on the air in NY under different calls, IIRC.
WJZ (AM) operated at 770 AM in NYC from 1921 to 1953. It's now WABC (AM).
WJZ-TV was Channel 7 in NYC from 1948 to 1953. It's now WABC-TV.
WJZ-FM operated in NYC from 1948 to 1953. It's now WPLJ at 95.5 FM.

Ive never seen a pivot pointy dial on a slide before...and for supposed date Id expect maybe SW/MW markings. But overall its just wrong and unnatural looking.

Asimov’s personally recommended 15 book reading list should be required reading for any computer science course of study. We hopefully have time to turn this ship of fools around. 10’s of thousands of years until Aurora at least. I have to admit that after 4 Roomba robot vacs, I do love our new mop/vac with “FREO Mind” AI. Please excuse me while I get back to doing the floors.

I had to replace the frames and wheels on my Lionel STD Gauge stuff the nasty "Zinc Pest" warped them until they started to crumble. Cragstan RCA NBC Mobile Color T.V. Truck
Ran the last time I tried it, but not today, so have some troubleshooting to do.
Wanted one for a long time, but not at the going price of $1200 for a mediocre condition unit.
Then this one, working, with minor interior battery corrosion and original box, came up at $400.
Years later and years ago, some were going for about $200-$250 without the box and in poorer shape.
A quick ebay look today shows a Cragstan CBC TV truck, non-motorized, for $245
