It's probably a Dokorder. Dokorders were made by Denki Onkyo, and a lot of people assume they're one and the same. No relation to Onkyo. (Denon is also an acronym for Denki Onkyo).
Denki means "light" - it seems to be a way the Japanese classify manufacturing (Subaru is "Fuji Heavy Industries')
Onkyo means "harmony of sound."

Great information. I took a look at the photo in the ad and at online photos of the Dokorder 7140 and I believe we have a match!

I have a Dokorder dubbing deck (4 tape hubs) that's on my "repair, restore or get rid of" list. I had a late uncle who was a great fan of Dokorder. The folks on the yahoo reel to reel list often remark that they suffered from poor build quality. The phrase "It's a Dokorder and parts are on order!" comes to mind.
$200 seems pretty steep for most Dokorder models, except perhaps for the harder to find 10" reelers, especially the one that had the electronics separated on an elevated shelf above the transport (sorry, can't find model numbers atm).
(edit) I see that the 7140 is a quad deck - may be worth $200 in good shape. Maybe.

Dokorders weren't very good tape machines. Very high failure rate as well. Their late 4 channel deck was OK but if parts are needed you'll have a hard time. A Teac or Pioneer was much better mechanically and electronically.
