i dont know if this is my place,but i would like to suggest to the mods, a raffle of some sort in opt 80's honor.
just throwing out and idea,,wondering if anyone thinks the same
 
Its not a bad idea but from what I understand there are some legal ramifications involved with raffles on AK.

Alan I know you haven't asked but I got some gear kicking around that sees no use and is taking up space. Perhaps with Kam's permission we could start a thread selling off this unwanted unused stuff at bargain prices to members only and send the proceeds up to help your sister?
