Paris would be a WHOLE lot easier to take if she didn't have that self-righteous little smirk on her face all the time...the "I'm SO much better than you" thing...If she'd been in REAL jail, w/REAL jailbirds, some big Diesel Dyke woulda got THAT offa her, toot sweet. But real jail would have been a death sentence for our little Miss Hilton..And THAT isn't right, either, no matter how bad we despise her.

Jail is a controlled environment where illicit substances (and some legal ones) are not available.
Perhaps she got the D.T's or went into detox for her favorite pharmacutical, in that case I suspect that the jail would rather get rid of that type of hot potato.
Anorexia is NOT the only cause of rail thin bodies... and the more money you have available the easier it is to to avoid the outward more obvious signs of addiction.
