Here's my latest setup:
NAD 3140 Stereo Amplifier- ADCOM GFT-555 tuner-Realistic LAB-400 turntable-Pioneer PD-102 CD player- W/ Electro-Voice Esquires Bi-Wired.

A crisp/precise and at the same time "mellow" sound.

All the plants in the terarrium are "high light" and I water it every other
weekend,guessing at the amount each one needs.It has only been in
there a month and is my first attempt. It will probably be a work in progress
as time goes by same as the audio equipment. It gives the room a nice
glow at night and I got the idea from someone else on this thread. I already
had the aqaurium in the attic and once I had the miracle grow soil and
plants,it was only an hour job at most start to finish.I topped off the soil
with preserved moss from Hobby Lobby.

yes, it is. i had a pair of these black widows and broke one when a cd case fell on it while i was cleaning the rack. that's why the thorens in the picture is armless.... quite fragile and light arm, but sounds really great.

I take it since the Denon gets the one good arm that you prefer it over the Thorens?

Those CV's are cool, they rock with Marantz. Might want to get those storage boxes away from the right speaker though. Looks good!

The speakers sound great with the 2235.

The entertainment center is maple, with like a dozen layers of stain.

I wasnt planning on keeping them there, mostly because they take up so much room...

I didn't realize it could be damaging to the vinyl if they are too close to the speaker though, thanks :thmbsp:

My av yamaha died the other day so using the Sansui temporarily. Have been selling off some of my other audio gear to put more into the HT/music room as we spend the majority of our time in there.

Also, I bought a new Belkin 8 outlet surge (3550j).

CC I like the equipment, but amps sitting on speakers make me uncomfortable.
