Yesterday it was out with the La Scalas and in with the B&O M70’s. Without being dwarfed by behemoth speakers, I’m missing the cleaner look of console with it’s doors.

Beautiful setup, but the first thing I thought of was the humorous Reddit sub called R/Tvtoohigh.

Testing out a console stereo that I rebuilt for a friend. Motorola EL84 push pull with tuner/preamp. Incredible sounding little setup. I’m streaming from a WiiM through a Bifrost into the Aux input. Zu Audio speakers. The owner will be returning it to the beautiful console it came out of.

Giving my New Stax arm a run in while listening to my Stax headphones it's quite a treat. All I'm missing is a Stax Cartridge for the fun.

My occasionally used living room surround system. An array of KEF T-301/T301C front, and a pair of T-101 surrounds, supplemented by two KEF Kube 10b subwoofers.

Note the festive holiday decorations.

OK, so we have 3 cats and one is the single-most destructive being on earth. We gave up on decorations years ago, only taking out a 32" tall pre-decorated fake tree on Christmas morning. Works for us.

BTW, that tuxedo cat sitting in the chair is the culprit. We love him and he makes me laugh, but he's ruined all that leather furniture and so much more it's unreal.

Not all. I don't have the 40's and probably won't for a long while.

I took the photo originally to show someone my speakers. I'll have to take another without the towels. I'm very particular about dust so I tend to leave them on whatever components I'm not using while listening.
