Any advice how to get the original Woofers for DSS-Speakers???
If there is no Chance for the Originals, which other Woofers would work as a
replacement????

Ebay, Bartertown, Craigslist are your only options to find the woofers, not such a great chance there.

To replace them with another woofer you would likely need to modify crossover a bit as they are set up with dual voice coils with different crossover points. I believe the woofers cross to midrange at 900 Hz, so finding a 12" woofer to work in that size ported cabinet, that goes low enough for you and up to at least 1300Hz, and is about 90 dB efficient would be your first task. Designing crossover would be next task.

The DSS7 uses the same woofer, but it has a stamped versus cast frame. You could use those also if you find them. I have used both in my DSS7, the holes are close enough. Good luck!

I bought them with Coral 15 L-2 Woofers. But this doesn´t really work.
The Sound is flat and parts of the hights and middles are missing.

Sorry, i got the Coral Woofers with my Pio Hpm 1500 Speakers. These are
15`Woofers, the DSS-9 needs 12`Woofers.
With the DSS i tried as a replacement Monacor double twin Coil woofers, which doesn´t sound right.
Any advice????

I've read a couple posts recommending S-910 woofers, however, they are NOT dual VC woofers. I just won a pair off ebay and the magnets are impressive, as is the overall design. I would certainly consider a pioneer replacement, HPM-100, 900 or the S-910. They likely will handle the range you need. Maybe some good info here...

Try this in google "dss-9 woofer site:www.audiokarma.org" without the quotes of course.

Many returns, some of which include this thread so you'll just have to check them out individually.

The latter HPM use a similar cone to the DSS speakers.

Sorry, but the Rockwood Woofer, with it´s modern and very technical look, Looks terrible with the DSS Speakers. To try Woofer from Pio HPM´s seems quite risky to me.
