Pioneer HPM100 Binding Post conversion?

Is there a simple adaptor to convert the standard binding posts on the HPM 100(100w) to accept banana plugs?

Not without a bit of modifications, it would be easy if you could find binding posts with a longer than normal threaded portion and smaller diameter but I haven’t had any luck. There are a few posts on here about it already, usually involves a little drilling or other mods
