SHould I exchange a Pioneer SX-780 for a Pioneer SX-750?

Not if you don't want to?? I think it's kind of a sideways move, I doubt you will hear a night and day difference. But I think the 780 has more going for it in the looks dept.

It'd be almost a sideways swap, a lot of people really like their 750's. I would probably just hang on to my 780.
