I got that same basic setup for $270 a few weeks ago. I now feel even better after showing my wife the posting. Lol.

I don't want to say what I paid for my stack but the Spec 2 alone was $800. The system is missing a CTF-1250, SR303\RG2 range expander and reverb units and a classic Pio table (PL-630 would be my choice) but all in good time I guess. It's a nice start.

I see the rack mount units (JA-R101) selling for $250-350 each on eBay ... if it's got the original Pioneer rack its a steal. I think they can sell for well over $600.

I sold a Spec setup but instead of having the tuner & speakers, it had a Spec 4 along with the 1 & 2, and the JA-R-101 rack for $1500. The guy had previously purchased a RT-707 and SG-9500 for $250 so maybe a slightly better deal than this one. Not sure what recently serviced means from the ad, often cleaned and lubed?

I got a Spec 1, Spec 4, TX-9800, CTF-8282, a Soundcraftsman EQ, A DBX unit, and a few other items for $150. Yeah, I still have to pinch myself.
