Pioneer SX-1250

Hello all...have a chance to possibly pick up a Pioneer SX-1250 what should I be expecting to pay for that unit in fair condition? I'm being told it works fine, lights work etc. one knob is missing...He is the original owner as well

If local $800 land I would say. But $1000 wouldn't be out of the question for a functional 1250 with decent cosmetics these days. They've gone higher on ebay.

Just noticed the missing knob, they come up on ebay or you could probably find one here in barter town. I'm still thinking $800 depending on cosmetics.

Missing knob, original condition (never restored).
I wouldn't want to go past $500.

I've worked on some that were "original" and wouldn't give more than $400 for those. They are "tired" after all these years.

Although I've never seen one for sale locally here, $500 would be a steal judging by the prices of lower level pioneer sx's. 950's get that here. Also, $500 for a 1250 in or near Seattle seems like a steal to me as well.
