Plate Amp Connections

I have these plate amps to drive my woofers and do not have a clue how to hook em' up. Speaker connection is on the bottom side but topside has me baffled. http://www.rythmikaudio.com/download/A370PEQ.pdf

A plate amp normally connects internally to the subwoofer. You can then either hook up your speaker outputs from your amplifier to the high level inputs (middle connector) -- say from the 'B' speaker outs on your main amp -- or via 'Y connectors from your amplifier pre-out/main-in to the line-in (top connector) on the plate amp.
