my project is up and spinning disks. Underneath the skin it is a pretty standard late the turntable/legend. The usual bits have been damped. Arm board by eric at sotw. Plinth was veneered by nantwich veneers here in the uk. They undertake one off bespoke jobs and i am really happy with their work.

this is my latest impulse purchase, a sony ps-x50.
it's really more of a sentimental purchase to replace the first one i bought (and messed up), and the one that lead me down the path of vinyl bliss.
i'm using an ortofon 2m blue cartridge on it right now and i've got it hooked up to a marantz 2700.
