I've got the itch again. It's been 4 years or so since I sold my GS1100E (see page one of this thread).
Thinkin about a Harley this time. There's a real nice 2009 Dyna Lowrider 96 cu inch, with 5k miles on the clock on my local CL. Has some chrome and go faster (Screamin Eagle) goodies, aluminum 10 spoke rims, limited edition factory paint, I have my eye on it. Guy wants 10500 for it which is in the ballpark for what it is with the extras.
Also looking at couple newer barely ridden bone stock Superglides over at SouthTowns HD right now. Did I mention that I'm gettin the itch again?:scratch2:

I love my Heritage. Low and easy to ride. I can go for days on it. You can never have enough two wheeled vehicles.

Endurance racer modifications.
89 Fj1200 undergoing modifications:
Custom list as long as my arm. Frame suspension, engine etc. Currently building a custom rear shock from scratch and some cbr600f4i components. Planning for it to remain a “sport tourer”.
Cb650sc:
Project currently on hold for major change in direction. Building a full trellis type frame for it. 627cc engine to be oversized sleeved and punched out to 736 (practical limitations of the crank rod spacing and block limitations, these engines were designed as 550cc) using remachined cb750f pistons. Will get reworked head to accept downdraft carbs. Clutch and Transmission side covers is about all that will be left for stock parts.
I more enjoy working on them than riding these days. Broken neck and back will do that to a guy…
