Happy to be of service :thmbsp: - I had no idea how interested people would be in this. The reactions of the people I have posted scans for have clearly demonstrated what a worthwhile exercise this is.

The reading of these, and other reviews taught me that, 'all amplifiers are equal (piece of wire with gain?) but some are more equal than others'
