What about Minimus 77's?? I just saw a pair today. They were white and had a small rear port. They looked just like the Minimus 7's I had back in the 80's but the 7's had no port.
Kreichenbach, yes, 77s have a port, but this isn't a 77 thread.

KFA888, Looks interesting. The 77 seems to be taller, wider and deeper. And the 77 uses a foam surround on the woofer which looks to have the same magnet structure as the 7. Maybe the 77 magnet is shallower, front to back, than the 7. You can tell us if that is correct.
The tweeters seem to be the same and have a "swirl" around the dome. Is this a later unit? Can you post the C/N and S/N of one of your 7s?
Interesting the ring around the tweeters and white woofers, hmmmmmm....
I had thought that the white woofers were early and the rings were later.
Looks like yet another version of the woofer, note different magnet. Looks like one form a BA speaker.

I guess that the white woofers I have are the result of them being in my 1980 Turbo Mustang.
Today I found a pair of Minimus 7 look-a-likes. OHM Model M. Dimensionally identical to Minimus 7's, same metal cabinet but had a port in the back, made in Japan, had an impedence of 4 ohms, and the grills looked like the Radio Shack grills would look if they were covered in a thin black cloth. Underneath the grills were plastic instead of metal.
I'm always surprised to find a choke on such a small woofer.
