Parts Express and Simply Speakers has some Visaton tweeters that may work in the event you can't find original replacements.

I still don't have a pair working. Back burner project. I just checked PE and they still show 370 of those tweeters in stock after almost 3 years. Still about a buck and a half. It might be worth buying some at that price in case you don't find correct replacements.

I got 4 of these for free. The project will take a while.
I've done a little testing. The woofers are like new. The mids look rough but work well. Maybe they need redoping or other treatment? The tweeters vary. Some are dead, others have erratic impedance.
The screwed in baffles invite DIY variations. One could be a template for many more.
