Remote for Luxman D-405 ?

I just picked up a Luxman D-405 for my Luxman system. Does the D-405 have remote capability? If so, what remote would work it? -Mark

Hi Mark. Great cd player unfortunately that model never came with a remote.

Thanks. That's kind of what I thought. I will stop looking for a remote now.

Is there anyone in the US or Canada that you know of that has the ability to repair one of these? It plays fine when still, but is very susceptible to skipping when jarred the slightest with or with heavy base nearby.

I'd try isolation of some sort.
Google "turntable isolation audiokarma" and many of those ideas might work for a cd player.
Might be cheaper than a repair which could include shipping charges two ways, the chance of shipping damage, and possibly it comes back with the same issue since it might not be "repairable" and is a problem with it's actual location. JMO and free.
