repair shops in boston area

[dreadful425]

does any body in the boston area do vintage repair? Curious if I could save the hassle of shipping. I have a sansui g7700 with minor issues.

One I know off hand is the Audio Lab.

It is in the Garage, a shopping center at Harvard Square. Real easy to get to, just get off at the Harvard stop on the Red Line and its real close. They sell new, used, and do repairs. Hope this helps.

AK member Grateful is a tech here on the south shore. Highly recommended, as his prices are excellent and his work impeccable. He handles all my repairs.

PM me if you want his contact info.

I have used this shop. Vince is pretty good with the vintage stuff.
