Replacement for 2SC711 & 2SC968

What would be recommended replacements for a 2SC711 and 2SC968. They are in the tuner section of an SX 828.

What are the specs and the case form-factor? (yes, I could look this up, but help yourself, and you'll get more help here)

And what are they being used for in the tuner?

Here's the specs:

2SC711 - 30v; 100mA; 0.2W; 150mhz; TO92L
2SC968 - 50v; 500mA; 0.5W; 70mhz; TO39

From what I can tell they're part of the circuit that controls the Stereo indicator lamp.
