Replacing 1N4002 with schottky diode

I'd like to replace four 1N4002 with schottky diodes in a power supply, what is the replacement # ?

Try a Vishay MBR1100, 100v, 1A, DO204 package.

Digikey P/No VS-MBR1100TR-ND - just realised they may not sell these in small quantities - looks a bit like 5,000 minimum.

Oh, and they are out of stock - sorry.

EDIT: Try Vishay SB1H100, same spec as above, from Farnell P/No 9550364, and they will sell in ones - and they are in stock.
