Haven't see any references. What is it from?
Guessing half bridges, can always use a full bridge in most amp power supplies.
 
A new account... suggest try a different approach.
As per sregor, MUR1620... are 8A devices, what max current do you need?
Suggest only replace if originals are faulty.
 
In reading other Threads here on AK it appears that these MAY also be used?
It is silicon nitride passivated ion-implanted epitaxial planar construction. :eek:

The S5151/...R are dual diodes with common anode and cathode, as is the MUR1620...

Would be helpful to me at least, almost certainly a yamaha. I would not replace unless originals are suspect faulty.
You will need significant modifications to replace them (been there, not worth the effor). Also note size/cooling...

I can appreciate your feedback and will keep this in mind.
Should these fail or show signs of being out of spec what would be your recommendation for replacements?
This is protected by a 5A Glass Fuse on the input and output. Voltage is +/- 48v
