Sansui SP 2000

Found a set of Sansui SP 2000 speakers and need an idea of what they're really worth. The seller wants $100 for the set but I'm not so sure they're worth it or maybe the are.

I depends on where you look. AK users price and ebay are far different.

Personally I like the lower SP series Sansui speakers. 100 bucks would be the max I would pay but if they were in mint or near mint condition I might bite on them.

Yeah, the cabinets are somewhat scratched or not in mint shape and they took the picture without the cover off so I couldn't see the speakers. I wouldn't even offer the $100 they were asking for. Never have listened to any sansuis.

Perhaps they are? ive had sp sp 30, 100 or 200' 1200's, 1500's and either the 2000 and 2500 IIRC. id have to look in my directory of threads. will comment back after i do.
But dont make me out to be a pro on these speakers, they were in very lose to mint contion so i had no work done to em...
i dont remember if these are the 2000 or the 2500. from what i recall they sounded good. you have to copy teh link and paste it to your browser.
