Show me your HORNS!!!

Pretty much the same thing with the EV DH1012 drivers. About 19 lbs, if I remember correctly and look like a discus with fins on them!

I forgot to update this thread when I got mine up and running...

JBL 2441 drivers on Bruce Edgar's 350hz salad bowls.

Those are some scaled-down models of the woofer section from some Klipsch LaScala speakers. Originals are for 15" drivers, my are scaled-down to house 10" drivers. I had eight of them built by a local cabinet/speaker maker.

I really wanted to have nine per side, but cost was getting to be a bit much with just eight total.

Can you say home theater system.

How did I miss this thread? Yay, another chance to show off my rear loaded folded horn Zichwaves!

Here is a few pics of one of my spare GAMMA VLD-12's (DECCA Kelly clone).
A little beat up and dirty, but fully functional.

When I get more space - I'll be able to move my amps - for now it is working fine.

Thanks,

Has enyone seen the picture, of the horn being build into the sidewall of a house. As i remember, the horns were more than 20 meters long. I cant remember where i saw them. All i can remember is thas it was in a forum where a man vissited pretty rich hifi-enthusiast around the world, that showed of there systemes. Alot of them used Dunlavy speakers.
I think the house where they build in the horns was in greece, but im not sure.
