I think it's basically a wash. ;) So, what speaker and what amp?

I just refinished the cabs on some A25s this weekend. They came out nice.

Infinity 10's?? small book shelf speakers. Foam on woofer cracking, I used rubber cement to seal it again, works nice now. KA-3500 amplifier, looks horrible, but it works. I have a pr of Jensen 3 way speakers that need the boxes redone too.

I am still working, I may have some time today to finish the SL-1700 repaint.

I sprayed the plinth, letting dry good to see how it came out.
Getting close to the end on this finally.

I am home again (laid off, again) and have the time to devote to the projects.

Sad to hear about you getting laid off John, more time to fix all those turntables tho !!!
 
Yup, I just want to get this one done..very close now...need to check today.

Then shoot the clear coat, decals then final coat!

Put all back together, clean up and fashion some cool feet.:scratch2:

Did a coat of clear yesterday, so now to the decals and then final cover of decals.

Teach me the ways of this bonding spray of which you speak.

I thought the decal medium had its own water soluble adhesive like model airplane decals.

LOL.. it has to be sprayed before you put it in the water, otherwise the ink will dissolve. It is by Testors, holds the ink together.

I read the directions...:thmbsp:
