SMSL D200 Not Booting

Hey Gang
My D200 is turning on but not booting. Anyone ever experience this? I have a few days to do an amazon return but I'd rather get it working. Any ideas?

Return it, quick. Get another sent out.

Online advice: Try a forced factory reset: Unplug the power cable, press and hold the front volume/power knob or button, plug the power cable back in while continuing to hold the button, and hold it until the unit displays reset indicators or boots.

I think that's what I'm going to do. I have an SU-1 to use in the meantime
