I picked up a bookshelf Snell K type 2 , 8 inch woofer and tweeter. It sounds really good. This was at a GW. I believe any Snell in good working condition with original drivers is worth $75. Don't forget thats just an asking price. Good luck!

Type E111

Based on the dimensions , my 1992 Audio catalog indicates it may be a Type E111 , utilizing one 8 inch driver and two tweeters , one in the back. The suggested price then was almost $1000 .

Thanks, I did some looking and saw the E/III. It looks like it has a knob for an L-Pad on the terminal panel and the one on CL looks like it does not.

I was thinking Type E II but I think you may be right about III's. The II's have a taller riser on the bottom (at least mine do).

Just about anything Snell that is in working order would be worth the asking price IMHO.

The E11s were 33x14 , circa 1986. That looks like a vifa tweeter on the back. Also looks bi-wireable

Don't know if it will help, but here is a few pics of my Type E II's
