Just picked up a Sony 1130 amp and a Sony 5130 tuner for $10 at a garage sale. I was told everything works. I attached some prelim picks. I'll update after cleaning and testing.

Yeeehaahhhhh!!!

Good God!! Everything fires up and works great!! The amp pushed my Pioneer CS-A70's easily.

Clean up is next.

Terrific value for five bucks apiece. Where else can you buy something that is that well made, that performs that well and will last that long, giving hours and hours and hours of enjoyment, while looking that good, for a whopping total of TEN BUCKS?! Vintage audio has to be one of the best value-for-money hobbies/entertainments out there, period.

Congratulations! :thmbsp:

This gets my juices running. A lot of garage sales and it took some self-retraint to stay away.

Wow you work fast. Chip bought a set, the TA-2000F, the TA-3120F and the 5130 tuner and it took me 7 hours to clean just the tuner.

Great price on those pieces.

Excellent grab for an even better price.

That tuner is an excellent tuner. Mine pulls in stations in the basement with ease.

Enjoy them :thmbsp:
