The original lamp is this:
#2182 Miniature Bulb Wire Terminal Base - 14 Volt 0.08 Amp 1.12 Watt T1-3/4, Wire Terminal Base, 0.30 MSCP C-2F Filament Design, 40,000 Average Rated Hours. 0.52" (13.21mm) Maximum Overall Length (M.O.L.), 0.21875" (5.5mm) Maximum Outer Diameter (M.O.D.). 0.23" (5.84mm) Light Center Length (L.C.L).
You can either find a red bulb that matches these specifications, or you can replace them with LEDs. You will need to run a resistor in series with the LED to regulate the current to 20mA or less. This means using a 600ohm resistor on a 12v powered LED. Higher resistance would be less bright. 1k ohm might be good. You could even ad a potentiometer to it and make it adjustable.

None of those specifications refer to the Kelvin temperature of the light. I suspect that the redish tint is from the use of a color filter, and perhaps this was a customization of the amp by the owner. I prefer the usual 2,700K warm white color on vintage equipment. LEDs last a long time, but the color choices are basic and getting the light to diffuse evenly across a wide area (like a power meter) can offer a challenge and some creative thinking, lighting wise.
