Sparton radio identification

Can’t find anything identifying on this except that it is a Sparton. Any help on model is appreciated.

I see what looks like a number in the upper left and right corners of the glass. Could one of those be the model number?

The left number is printed blurry. Could be B-6216 or G-6126? Right side is G-3617. Doesn’t seem to yield much in search results.

I think that is it! Yeah, different radio but the same tubes and it sure looks like it in the picture. Thanks!
