The woofer has a dustcap.
edit: It's a vented one -- the woofer may well be CTS, too.
The MR drivers look like they could be CTS too -- if so, those 4-1/2" pincushion frame CTS drivers are very nice (to my tastes).
The driver complement is Scott-esque, I'll concur. I don't recall any Scott speakers with the dual MR (a la KLH Five) configuration, though.
My knowledge of the Scott loudspeakers is hardly encyclopedic, though.
If/when the loudspeakers are in the OPs possession, pull a driver and look for a "137" code on the back. 137 is the EIA mfgr. code for CTS.

FWIW, it's also possible that all of the drivers are Asian (or otherwise) CTS knockoffs. Imitation was and still is the sincerest form of flattery.
The front baffle and overall Gestalt of the titular speakers, however, is quite Scott-esque.

I have a pair of S15 and they have such a sweet, smooth sound. I kept them around so I can hook them up from time to time. Never harsh. I would use them all of the time , but I like to indulge in the volume knob quite a bit.

Yes the S-15 is a nice little loudspeaker. Far better sounding than its banal aesthetics and modest design parameters (small sealed box with three cone drivers) would suggest.
I think they are made for some store or chain, or possibly homebrew. The chipping on the terminal cut out and the slight tilt in the terminal plate make me think that they weren't name brand product. The Utah derivation of the woofer would be in line with that.
Which is not to say they won't sound good -- a fancy name doesn't guarantee good sound, and no name doesn't guarantee disappointing sound.
