Well, it looks like the Splats will not be there this time. There is a family wedding in Columbia, and as soon as I heard the words "in May" I KNEW which day it would be. The invites arrived yesterday, and sure enough: May 16. We may be able to get there late in the day, but that's doubtful. Sorry: no pecan pie, no bean dip.
