Hello, I have completed my FULL capacitor and Transistor restoration of a SX-680 and reading through your thread. Good Information! I also replaced my STK-0039 with a STK-0050+ Power Pack from Pryamid Audio. My receiver runs great but at power up I get a "thump" and the meters briefly jump to the right. I set my meter to Min/Max and got a brief DC Offset of 2.5VDC. Only happens for a few milliseconds and everything settles down. It happens in both channels so I assume it is in the 30VDC and -30DC circuit? Any tips that would save me many hours of troubleshooting? Thanks.
