SX-737 Lamps

Hi All,

New to AK.

Brought out, dusted off and cleaned old SX-737 from basement.

Works great, but no lights. Can anyone direct me to locate
necessary lamps for Pioneer SX-737?

Welcome to AK! here you find Pioneer crazy people around the world!

I have a SX-737 with a defect power switch up and running. A real nice Receiver for beining 30 years old. And a 2. one is in repair at the moment. I need to exchange 2 transistors which generate some static noise on the left channel amp. In Germany, it´s no problem to order these 8V/300mA bulbs, I think in the U.S. also.

Agger, What style are the lamps?? Wedge base, fuse lamps, wire lead, capsules?? :scratch2:

If they are 8v 0.3A then they are the same as the ones in my 727 they are 0.3A fuse type dial lamps . The stereo indicator is 8v 0.05A 5mm type bulb so are the rest of the indicators bulbs.

Cool, I have all those, I thought most Pioneers use 4mm lamps for the indicators, 5mm seems large? :scratch2:
