SX-Series Wood/Veneer Interchangeability

My question for you Pioneer experts is this. Which wood/veneer cases can be used between models? IE: I have an SX-780. Can I use a case from an SX-580, SX-680, or SX-880??

easiest way to find the answer to that obscure query would be to see if the part numbers are the same. other than that, the height length and width must be the same and if the numbers are different the only thing to do would be to try it. i once listened to someone here who said the 1010 bonnet would fit a 939 and when it wouldnt lost 60$ in shipping fees. all i had to do was to check the sets basic dimensions in the beginning and saved myself the loss.

Thanks, I looked at the service manuals and found the same info. The sx-580 and sx-680 use the same cover as well.

The Pioneer SX-790 and SX-890 (black-face versions) use the same cover, as well.
