TEAC A-800 Tapedeck problem

hello guys. i have a TEAC A-800 tapedeck that after a few seconds it stops playing. also rewind and fast forward. i already cleaned and installed new belts but it still the same.any ideas? thanks

Mine seems to work, tho i need to install a new motor belt and capstan belt and i dont know where to find them
