Tech needed for TU-9900 upgrades

I’m looking for a good tech that is familiar with upgrading Sansui TU-9900 tuners. Who do you all recommend?

You might get a more focussed response if you post your location and/or post in the Tuners forum. Otherwise, the mod of the Tuners forum is highly recommended (Punker X), he has his own website radioxtuners.com.

I've done the recommended PS upgrades on mine, but have not gone beyond that.
