Was wondering if anybody could help me out with an idea of price on a Fisher 200a amplifier seems to be in fair condition don't know if it's been running in any recent time so we'll probably need a little care and idea of value

I'd love to have one. I'd say a rather important Amp...and rare. Very collectable.
I think its condition is very important...plus if all the original parts are there...plus the cage.
It is mono...so if you want stereo, you'd have to find another one.
But just to have one, and have a nice mono system...or just to have it in your collection...YES!
I agree with the prices posted above.
The last single, original condition, sold on Ebay for $850. And a pair sold for $2404.00 ( 54 bids )
Evidently, this is a rare model.

I'm afraid I still haven't found any one to.restore my fisher I have all but given up hope please someone out there in so call land must be able or should I say willing to give this amp a go. Let me know thanks in advance.

I'm assuming you mean Southern California? of so the are a LOT of AK'ers in that region and I'm sure they can point you to a reliable tube technician.
Instead of asking this question here in Dollars & Sense I would suggest you create a new thread with something like "Tube amp repair in So Cal suggestions"
If not here's a thread for the So Cal folks, maybe pop in and introduce yourself and ask away

Seeing as you haven't gotten a replies you might want to consider having a Moderator move this thread to either the "Fisher" or "Tube" forum.
