I was up at 6:30 the inside and outside temp were 82 while the uncovered pool is 87. I’m checking in from there now. Wes and Wynton are on the stereo and we just finished breakfast melon smoothies. Took out chicken breasts and found a couple russets for dinner. Whatever they turn out to be they will be cooked outdoors. Stay cool,

Good Afternoon Folks. It is 80f on the deck and today's high will reach into the 90's. I jumped out of bed early to do outdoor and garage chores before the heat and humidly get ugly. The remainder of the day will be spent in air conditioned spaces. This afternoon I am going to rip two DVD's to a hard drive. I don't have a DVD player, it died a few years ago. I use an old 2012 Mac Book with it's internal disk drive to do the ripping. Ripping allows me to avoid media subscriptions.

Do have software to downmix SACD, DVD Audio and DTS Audio to hi-rez 2 channel?
 
Good morning all! Low 60's around here as well, but should warm up to the upper 80's by this afternoon.

We're headed over to her brother's house for the last golf dinner of this year. Nothing fancy, burgers and dogs on the grill, but SIL is making her famous macaroni and cheese dish, scrumptious. We're taking a sausage, cheese and Rotel appetizer, along with some crackers. We're also taking a couple of bottles of wine. Should be a fun night.

Good Morning Folks. It is 70f on the deck and the high will reach the mid 90s. This morning Alice and I are meeting my Son and Family at church. After services, all 7 family of us will have a late breakfast out. I'm always impressed with the Grand Kids and how well they behave in Church. We are Orthodox Christians and the services are close to two hours long and the Kids for the most part are well behaved. After services, all 7 of us have a late breakfast out. No plans for the afternoon.

I only rip DVD's and down mix to two channel. I don't do multi channel, I am a two channel type of Guy!
 
Good morning! High clouds with sun shining through, mid 80s F for the walk, going to 92.
Storm up in Tucson yesterday took down trees and damage some roofs; nothing here.

Nothing much planned, haven't figured out what's for supper yet.
Small camera club meetings resume in September; have to look at the roster of past judges and see who to hit up first.

Hello from the wilds of Wyoming, where the wind is at it again but temps are expected to stay in the low to mid 80's till friday. All I can say is Halleluiah! Unfortunately, my allergies are still going crazy. I used to know why but that ship has sailed.

Still digging out the Donovan residence , With my Testosterone being wiped out by my medicine, my energies are still low. Two lar cups barely get me out of the chair but that will change hopefully in a couple of months. Fishing ought to get good in a few weeks, once the reservoirs turn over and the water cleans up. Still hoping to get out this year, hopefully I'll get my act together and sell some junk so I can buy one.

Have a beautiful day today and every day. It's the greatest gift we have received getting to walk this planet and experience the joy of life, make the most of it. Trying to give myself a pep talk. The wind just wreck's the day as much or more than any other weather condition. Be at peace. john
