Things that make you happy

Not much makes me smile lately but, I heard a big bore, in line four, Z1/KZ Kawasaki in "full song" today. I knew what it was long before it came into view. I couldn't help but grin.

I effin' LOVED the Z1 bike. I had one circa late 1980s, a mid-70s ('75?) example "borrowed forever" from an older cousin. I still have it, back in The States. Maybe someday I'll get round to having it shipped to France, but more likely my son who is "managing" it will keep it.

A "feel-good" movie, with little in the way of swear words that all the family or not, can sit down and enjoy without a knife/gun coming out to make a point.

Few and far between on the Globe today. If it is comedy, it's of the "Dark-Type".

Violence and death seem to rule in movieland.

Not preaching...just observing and sharing.

Yea, I know what you mean. I haven't been on a bike since my teenage years, but if I run across a Z1 in good shape I will scoop it up. Just don't see them around here anymore. That modified sound makes me smile anytime. :)

Here ya go for nostalgia!
It hits really hard doesn't it!

Preface
You know how there is often a label on tradesman's (plumbers, electricians etc) vans, that says "No tools
are left in this vehicle overnight" to discourage tool thieves.

Yesterday I saw the van belonging to a cake company, and on the back it said "No cakes are left in this van overnight" - made me laugh when I saw it. :D

I like funny business slogans. I remember two of them from years ago. One was a plumber in town who's slogan was "I'm at your disposal." The other was Les's Used Cars. His slogan was "Buy here, pay Les."
