This Sansui Eight Deluxe on E-bay, isn't.

[Robisme]

It is the standard Eight.

I already notified the seller, but just in case he does not revise his listing, I am posting the warning.

The real Deluxe has a different top.

The Sansui Eight Deluxe has Eight Deluxe in written in script right in the middle.

The real Deluxe has a different top.

Not only that, but what Onepixel mentioned as well. The Eight has script on the dial glass, the Deluxe does not.

Also, the layout of the back of the Eight Deluxe is totally different from the Eight.

He has not revised the listing yet.

The knobs are different and I bet the Eight Deluxe sounds better too.

Now for the differences that can't be seen. The Deluxe has some plastic core knobs while the Eight has all solid aluminum. There is no relay in the Eight while the Deluxe has one. The Deluxe added complimentary outputs. These changes make the Deluxe the first truly modern amp design in a Sui receiver.

The listing has been revised.
