The back porch of the cabin overlooks the Middle Fork of the Little Laramie River. I hope to catch some trout and prepare them in the cabin. Medicine Bow National Forest is near, and we hope to do some Jeeping in the area.
I've never been, it looks beautiful.
What else do they have to eat there ?

I'll have to fill you in once we get back on that one. But I can tell you my wife has bookmarked about a dozen places for food and drink in Laramie on her Yelp app.

Recently drove through that part of the country during an extended road trip beginning in Nampa, Idaho where I live. Most beautiful part of the country, continental divide, etc. Great place to spend some time, I could live there, think about it often. You obviously chose it, great choice. I feel refreshed and renewed just looking at the pictures.
Oh, I'm well acquainted with both. I had my first elk t-bone steak on a trout fishing trip on the Sevier River in Utah back around 1995. But you can bet we will be grilling up some bison burgers while we're at the cabin. Literally 5 weeks away, we are stoked!If it's available, and it should be, try some bison and elk.
